Portobello Express (fan profile) My kind of melodic heavy metal, superlative bass lines, melancholic flair, astounding songwriting. Enjoy it preferably while driving or riding a bike. Or if you're angry against the world, like me...

about

Here is a song featuring my dear friend Jamie Armstrong on vocals. We used to play in a band called Tripswitch for many years and we put our hearts and souls into it, gave literally everything. This the first time we have done anything together for 10 years so it's an absolute pleasure and honour to tread some old ground.

I use the name 'Sparralimb' for my solo material and demos which is a joke made about how injury prone I am and feeble (Sparrow limbs) lol. It's better than 'Matchstick Rick' which I also used to be called haha..

Too Far Gone is totally home recorded as is the lyric video. All the music is written, performed and recorded by me and all the words and vocals are written and performed by Jamie. We really hope you enjoy this song and thank you for all of the support.

Now available to stream(Spotify, Apple Music etc) here - songwhip.com/sparralimb/too-far-gone

Recorded using Cakewalk, Schecter guitars, Ibanez bass, Aston mic, MTPowerdrummer, Boss GT10, Blackstar
